** Thanks to Netgalley and Sourcebooks Casablanca for providing me with an eARC of this book. **
I really don’t understand why this has such low ratings on Goodreads. It’s a short read, full of sensual, sexy scenes and did I mention…a dashing Spaniard? **swoon**
Isabelle is getting married. It’s an arranged marriage, and she has never met the man in question. She has become tired of her father’s dictatorship and decides to ran away. On the road she meets the very man she was supposed to marry. But of course, she doesn’t know this yet.
Isabelle and Javier grow fond of each other in, what, two nights? Yes, it’s a bit insta-love but it works. This is only a short story. I read it in an evening with a glass of diet coke, most delicious!
I cannot explain why I love novels like this so much! (Is this classed as a novel? I’m not sure of the page count, or word count. It might be a novella.) They just give me a warm fuzzy feeling!
I’m such a girl! Somebody slap me.
I honestly would recommend you check this book out (if you don’t mind descriptive, sensual scenes.) !
